To make a quotation we need to know some details:
Details required:
- Van: Make / Model / Year / Colour
Also: Loading doors and rear windows or panels, or any customisation making it different from a standard model. - Provide us with your logo. We can accept jpegs for quotation purposes.
If you are going ahead with a quotation we would like your logo ideally as a vector, EPS, AI or PDF file. - Any details you would like on the van such as:
Contact details, five bullet points of services you offer, and any social media channels your business is on. These details and van design can then be used for the basis of the business card design.
Our Quotation Terms:
- A quotation will be given with initial details of the van and upon a quick inspection of your logo. The final design of the van must be £250+VAT or over for either; free printing of 250 business cards or free embroidery set-up. You cannot combine both offers.
- Once you have approved the quotation and agreed to our [terms of business] you will be sent proofs of design for both van and either business cards or clothing.
- Proof of the designs will be sent to you as one file and must be both approved before the van is booked to be signwritten. At this point, your cards will be sent to print, or set-up of your logo for embroidery will take place.
- Please be aware, both clothing and business cards can take up to ten to fourteen working days to print or stitch, so may not be ready by the time the van is signwritten, we can advise if this is the case and if you need to pick them up at a later date.
- If the van signwriting is booked in but has to be postponed for some reason BEL Signs reserves the right to hold onto the printed business cards or clothing until the van has undergone signwriting.
- A small BEL Signs logo will be placed on the back of the van in order to be part of this offer. However, these will be shown on the visual proofs and will be small and discreet.
Business Cards:
Business card designs will be from a choice of set templates.
The printed business cards in this offer will be 85 x 55mm double-sided, full colour, with square corners and with matt lamination on both sides printed on a 450gsm silk card.
Business cards will be for one set design only. Additional sets or larger quantities can be provided, please ask for a further quotation.
Embroidery Set-up:
We will need to digitize your logo so that the embroidery machines can replicate the design in thread and stitches. This would usually incur a set-up fee but you would prefer to have embroidered clothing along with your van order, we will set-up the design for free. Van Signwriting:
The van must be dropped off at BEL Signs (RH13 5QR) and will need to be available for the time agreed. Please be aware, signwriting a vehicle may take a full working day. The van must be cleaned and ready for signwriting at the time of booking (no polish is required, just a basic wash with water is fine). BEL Signs take no responsibility for bad or damaged bodywork.
Please note: If your business is not local to the South East we will need the vehicle at our Horsham office to be sign written – see conditions above.
Additional Charges:
An additional charge may be applied if:
- Your logo is low resolution or not supplied as a high-resolution file or vector and therefore needs re-drawing. You will be made aware if this is the case.
- The vehicle booked in for signwriting is not supplied to us cleaned (washed not polished).
- Designs exceed more than three revisions. You will be made aware if this is the case.
