If you have ever come across Letraset® lettering you will have met with a dry transfer. However, our high-quality dry transfer service or decals can be customised for you and can be applied for different types of creative use.
How the process works
Made to order transfers can produce professional-looking products. The technique is done by hand in our factory using a specialised printing process. Film negatives are produced from the artwork producing a negative for each colour. These sheets are coated with chemicals and solutions. Each colour is built up and an adhesive is applied. Once they are produced rubbing them on the desired surface and peeling the sheet away to apply them. Leaving the surface looking like it was printed right onto the object directly. Leaving no glue or residue and an outstanding result.
Matt and Gloss Finishes:
We can produce a bespoke colour to match a swatch or a Pantone® spot colour, including fluorescent, metallic, and pastel colours. It is also possible to reproduce the effect of foil blocking.
We can colour match foil colours to Kurz and API foils or any swatch you might have. We also have a selection of off-the-shelf foil colours that can replicate a foil blocking finish.
Our experienced team can produce artwork to suit your requirements and has produced items for various high-end mock-ups for design agencies, military badges, and blockbuster films amongst other projects.
These dry transfers, or rubdowns as they are also known, can be applied to most smooth surfaces as a one-off idea or thousands of transfers and create perfect and precise results.

We have a design department that are experts at creating artwork, especially for dry transfer. However, you can create artwork and send it directly to us ideally using a vector-based program such as Adobe Illustrator. There are limits to sizing, with regards to text and line thicknesses and we can advise you upon seeing the artwork. We tend to create artwork on sizes or A5, A4, or A3 as standard.
