Most signage is flat, from fascia to plaques, but built-up elements can easily enhance interior and exterior signage. We can manufacture a range of 3D items in a wide range of materials and finishes. Sections, backgrounds, logos and lettering can be built up in layers or as individual components.
Here are some examples of recent projects using this type of signage to great effect:
The popular Turkish restaurant; Izmir has two large signs inside both featuring mirror gold lettering and illumination. The large feature wording above the kitchen started as digitally printed graphics applied to a sign tray. Black 3D cut lettering with Halo Effect LED lighting on the reverse was then attached to the sign tray with holes for further electronics. Mirror gold cut ACM lettering was applied to the face of the 3D lettering for a final high finish.
This now compliments the ‘House of Cocktails’ lettering along the front of the bar. These 16 letters are 30mm built-up stainless steel and electroplated to a Mirror Gold finish. Again, the lettering adds a real wow factor to the interior.
The Academy was looking to add some more signage to the new premises. Built in 2021 it has large feature canopies, however it lacked signage. With large router-cut aluminium composite (ACM) lettering, the main door entrance is now clearly labelled with 20cm high letters sitting on top of the framework. A gloss grey was covered on top to match the branding.
This was part of a larger signage manufacturing order, including an exterior tray sign, and shaped signage, all installed by our expert team.
The new garden building business, Garden Buildings on the Hill… is based inside World of Water in Crawley Down, and required a large amount of way-finding and branding signage for the premises, with over 15 signs including ACM, printed banners and roadside signage.
Their main business sign is an acrylic sign cut to shape to fit on the apex of a shed, featuring a coloured background and cut-out logo and lettering built-up on top. The sign is a great way to promote and highlight the sales office.
