Using local is a current trend, and one reason Classic Services Group started using our services. Having been based in the Blatchford Road industrial estate business park, they were our Horsham neighbour, and their first order with us in 2021 was for new premises signage. Within the time we have been working together, they have grown their team and moved to larger premises in Crawley, West Sussex.
Classic Services Group is a family-run commercial security provider, using cutting-edge technology with a classic customer service approach. They offer services from alarm systems to K9 security units, CCTV to mobile patrols across the South East, from Sussex to Kent, London and Hampshire.
Supporting local is a great way to build relationships, something Classic Services Group places at the heart of what they do. As a Horsham-based business, we love to see our clients grow and want to support their presence, marketing, and promotional requirements with signage and display solutions.
In the five years we have been working with Classic Services Group, we have produced;
- over 350 signs, including simple informative ACM signs with digital print to engraved brushed stainless steel signs
- over 100 branded stickers for various Classic Services Group locations
- 6 Classic Services Group branded cars, ranging from simple CAD-cut vinyl to full colour change wraps
- Branded premises signage including window and door stickers, parking signage and a 3D Halo illuminated logo.
Advantages of Colour Change Car Wrap
Classic Services Group has been using our vehicle signwriting services for a range of cars. These have included Vauxhall Corsas and Toyota Corollas, both car and Estate types. Some of the cars, used for the security patrol teams, have also had a reflective yellow stripe with blue checks running along the middle of the car, as what is called a Battenberg pattern, to highlight visibility, alert approaching drivers and identify security personnel.
Their most recent vehicle signwriting had an upgrade to a full colour change wrap. Classic Services Group had been using either blue or silver vehicles; now with a grey Toyota Yaris, they wanted to keep their branding but additionally, ensure the paintwork was kept in good condition for resale. This is one of many great benefits to full car wraps: protecting the original paintwork from UV fading and abrasion, helping maintain a stronger resale value when the vehicle is eventually refreshed or replaced.
Associate Director of Classic Services Group, Adam Chamberlain explained this was one of the reasons they chose a full colour car wrap:
“We chose BEL Signs as we have used you for various things before and you were local to our old office in Horsham. We chose to trial a wrap as, with adding graphics, over time the paint gets sun bleached, and when we removed the graphics, the shadow of the graphics remained, which affects resale value. The benefit of the wrap is that it protects the whole vehicle from sun bleaching.
We have always found the service at BEL Signs to be efficient, quick and of a high standard.”
High Performance Wrap Film – Match your Brand
For Classic Services Group’s latest vehicle, we used a premium cast wrap film designed specifically for full colour‑change applications. Cast films are manufactured in thin, stable layers, giving them exceptional conformability over curves and recesses, long‑term durability, and resistance to UV fading, ideal for commercial vehicles that are constantly on the move. Installed inside our dedicated wrapping bay in Horsham, the film benefits from a controlled environment with specialist flooring, precision tools and an expert team focused solely on vehicle wrapping. This purpose‑built space allows us to wash, prep and apply the wrap with accuracy, ensuring a flawless finish that performs for years. Whether it’s a single patrol car or a full fleet, our wrap bay gives local businesses the professional facilities and skilled labour needed for high‑quality, long‑lasting results.
Faster turnaround & local skilled labour
Even though a full wrap takes around two days to complete, choosing a local wrap provider still means a faster, smoother turnaround overall. With skilled technicians on your doorstep, vehicles can be dropped off, inspected, prepped and collected without long-distance transport or scheduling delays. Local labour also means direct communication, quicker decision‑making, and the ability to resolve tweaks or additions right away, keeping downtime to a minimum and ensuring every wrap is finished to a high standard without the hidden time costs of outsourcing.
Supporting Local, Strengthening the Circular Economy
Classic Services Group’s decision to invest in full vehicle wraps reflects a wider shift happening across West Sussex: businesses choosing sustainable, local solutions that reduce waste and extend the life of their assets. A colour‑change wrap protects the original paintwork, avoids the environmental impact of resprays, and allows vehicles to be refreshed or rebranded without sending materials to landfill.
By working with a Horsham-based manufacturer, Classic Services Group keeps specialist skills, labour, and investment within the local district, supporting jobs, reducing transport emissions, and contributing to a more circular local economy. Their continued growth is a brilliant example of how local partnerships can help businesses scale while staying rooted in their community.
As they expand across the South East, we’re proud to support their brand visibility with durable, high‑performance wraps and signage solutions designed to last.
