Having found BEL Signs on Google, Peter Hawes, Director of ESV Removals Ltd, approached us to create impactful vehicle graphics for his Ford Luton removal van.
As a busy removals company travelling throughout Sussex and beyond, ESV needed a design that would maximise visibility on the road while remaining consistent with its existing branding. As a proud Big Yellow Self Storage partner, the vehicle also needed to promote this additional service through prominent logo placement.
Our solution was to flood the large side panels of the Luton body with a vibrant orange vinyl to match the company’s established branding. This immediately transformed the plain vehicle into a highly visible mobile advertisement. We then applied CAD-cut white graphics and contact details over the top, scaling the artwork to make full use of the available space and create maximum impact from a distance.
The rear roller shutter door required a slightly different approach. Rather than wrapping the moving shutter mechanism, we applied the contact details and key information using cut vinyl graphics. This ensured the vehicle remained functional while maintaining a professional appearance from every angle.
Starting with ESV’s existing logo and branding assets, our design team adapted the artwork to work effectively across the larger vehicle format. Careful consideration was given to layout, proportions and readability, ensuring the branding remained clear whether viewed up close or from across a busy road. The installation was completed in a day, with graphics applied to three sides of the vehicle by our experienced fitting team at our site in Horsham.
