Box Tray Fascias are also known as sign tray panels, back panels, box panels, and biscuit tin lids. From our factory, we are able to manufacture bespoke box trays with varying depths and materials. As the material is cut and folded at 90 degrees, this forms the ‘tray’ that sits away from the fitting. This can allow for items such as fixtures or electrics to be hidden within or for elements to be built up from inside or on top of the box tray.

What is the Box Tray made from?

The majority of our trays are made from ACM (Aluminium Composite Material), also known as Diabond. These are hard-wearing, lightweight materials that are available in a range of thicknesses and can be bent into fascia trays for both indoor and outdoor signs. Trays and panels can be joined together to create much larger signs. ACM can also be cut on our laser, allowing for shapes, patterns, text and fretwork to add creative detail, illumination and built-up sections, either within or on top of the tray.
