As demand for bespoke signage continues to grow, we’re expanding our team — and we’re looking for an experienced Signage Designer & Estimator to join us.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands signmaking from both a creative and technical perspective. You’ll be working at the heart of our busy workshop and office, collaborating with our Director, Production Manager and in‑house Artworker to bring projects to life — from initial enquiry through to final installation.
The role blends hands‑on design with accurate estimating, so you’ll be just as comfortable preparing artwork and production files as you are calculating materials, labour and project costs. Every job at BEL Signs is bespoke, meaning no two days are the same. One morning you might be designing vehicle graphics or exhibition panels; that afternoon, you could be advising a client on materials or fabrication techniques for a new shopfront.
We’re looking for someone with at least one year of industry experience, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, live in or around Horsham and enjoy seeing your work out in the real world, we’d love to hear from you.
